DI alumna inducted into Hall of Fame

The Chicago Journalism Hall of Fame dinner is June 22 at Marcello's restaurant. The 2007 inductees include Karen Lucas Petitte, editor in chief of the Daily Illini in 1962-63. Ms. Petitte worked for 10 years as an editor and reporter for the Chicago Daily News and later was managing editor of Modern Healthcare and editor of Modern Physician, both published by Crain Communications, Inc.
